1.0 bunch Broccoli, fresh1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato1.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw3.0 tbsp Curry powder1.0 can (303 x 406) Peas, canned1.0 tsp Cumin seed1.0 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream2.0 cup Vegetable Broth
Dice all vegetables and potatoes. Add to crockpot along with spices and broth. Cook on low for five hours. Stir in cream and serve.
