Super Easy Crepes no sugar

Ingredients
6.0 serving Egg white, large2.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 cup Flour, white
Directions
Beat the eggs and vanilla. Add the milk and keep on beating it until all mixed. Add the flour a bit until it just tickens the mixture. You might not need the entire cup of flour. Once mixed, fire up your non stick pans. Add a dash of oil. And cook them.
