Coconut Rice

Ingredients
.25 cup, whole or halves Nuts, macadamia nuts, dry roasted 3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 2 serving Goya Coconut Water (by JOIE1616) .5 fl oz Lime Juice 0.125 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 4 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1 1tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Melt coconut oil in pot. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit for a few minutes. Fluff rice and serve.
