1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour0.75 cup Granulated Sugar3.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 cup Buttermilk4.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened2.0 tbsp Lemon Peel1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Salt0.5 cup whole kernels Almonds, dry roasted1.0 serving Chobani Greek Yogurt Key Lime Blended0.25 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
Use lemon yogurt and almond extract (not key lime and vanilla)
Mix wet, mix dry, combine until just incorporated. Fill cups about 2/3 full
Bake in lined muffin tin 15-20 mins @ 350 f
