1.0 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne4.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 lime yields Lime Juice1.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw1.0 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw2.0 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)0.25 cup Spinach, fresh14.0 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP0.5 cup Cabot Low Fat Greek Yogurt Plain
Cook the chicken in an airfryer. In the meantime, cut the all vegetables except the lime and the cucumbers in a food processor. Next, pull the chicken with 2 two forks. Place the chicken in a mixing with the chopped vegetables and squeeze some limes and pour a table spoon of avocado oil. Mix everything together with the yogurt and serve it over a cucumber boat.
