2.0 fruit (2" dia) Limes1.0 medium Cucumber (peeled)4.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers16.0 oz Shrimp, cooked4.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw3.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
You can choose to combine the lime juice, seasoninga, oil, and onions in a bowl for 5 minutes while chopping everything else. I chopped everything roughly except for dicing the jalapenos finely. It's really simple, just chop up everything and stick it in a bowl. You can eat it immediately. Serving Size: 8 portions
