1.75 cup Peas, frozen 9 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 2 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 110 grams Parmesan Cheese, shredded 9 serving Barilla Farfalle (BowTie) pasta (2 oz. / 56gr) 8 tbsp Basil
Cook pasta and blanch peas. Drain and run under cold water. Add chopped basil, halved grape tomatoes and remainder of ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
