3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 patty, cooked (raw dimensions: 3-7/8" dia x 1/4" thick) Pork Sausage0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 slice (3/4 oz) American Cheese
And butter, oil or cooking spray to pan. Cook veggies and remove. Scramble eggs and add to pan, let slightly set and add cheese and veggies to half of eggs and fold over.
