French Baguette

Ingredients
500 grams Flour, white 300 grams Water, tap .53 ounce Yeast, bakers 8 grams Salt
Directions
mix water, flour, and yeast.
Then add salt
Mix (in mixer or knead much longer) at least 5 minutes
Cover and let rise ~3hrs (no more than 5)
Cut into 3 pieces,
Massage each into a perfect ball
Spread each out then fold in 3rds length wise and roll (like a clay snake)
Let rise again, don't cover. 30min-1hr
Just before putting in the over, brush loaves with water
Bake at 450 20-25 minutes
