Ingredients
4 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) .5 serving fresh red chilli (by MITCHY9) 2 dash Salt 2 dash Pepper, black 1 serving Rose's Lime Juice 1oz (by RCKITTY1989) 1 oz Croutons, seasoned 1 tbsp Parsley Chopped (Optional)
Directions
in a bowl add all the chopped Tomato, cucumber, parsley and chilli, season with the salt and pepper, drizzle over the lime cordial stir and refrigerate

When ready to serve add the croutons and stir again

Serving Size: Half prepared mixture
