Ingredients
6 serving Boneless Center Cut Pork Chop (Thin - 4 oz.) (by JTCAR33_5) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Half and Half Cream 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 60 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Pound pork chops thinly. Combine the two eggs, half and half, salt and pepper in a dish and whisk together. Dredge all meat in milk mix. Press into bread crumbs on both sides. Fry in the EVOO
