Quick and dirty chicken

3 cups healthy request cream of mushroom soup12 ounces dry white wine1 cup sliced mushrooms (use your favorite, mine are baby portobellos)3 chicken breasts (no skin),l cut into 1 inch pieces1 can of artichoke hearts quartered 1 cup water6 servings of brown rice4 tbls. oreganosalt and pepper to taste1 tbsp olive oil
In a large deep skillet or pot brown the chicken using the olive oil . After the chicken has browned deglaze the pan with the white wine and scrape all the goodies from the bottom of the pan. Next add the remainder of the ingredients EXCEPT the mushrooms and the cooked brown rice. Cover and simmer on low heat for around 30 minutes, then add the mushrooms for the last 15 minutes. Serve over the brown rice.
