Ingredients
2.25 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 2 serving Egg - Raw - Large (1 seving 1 large egg) (by PATSYDOTES-) 8 oz Braum's Fat Free Milk (by NJPATCHES) 1.5 cup Zucchini (Grated) (by STEFANIE822) 4 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat 0.33 tbsp Parsley, dried 0.25 tsp Morton Table Salt (by LITTLELADY1996) 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Pour into sprayed 9" pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
