Ingredients
0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.75 tsp Baking Powder 0.33 cup Flour, white 1 tbsp *Flax Seed
Directions
Cook in waffle iron. Sometimes I throw in a couple slices of turkey bacon and some flax. The recipe also calls for a couple T. of Coconut Oil which I omitted to save about 150 calories but you can add if you can afford some healthy fats.
