3 serving Marketside cauliflower florets (1 cup, 85g) .66 cup Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour) (by DEECAFFEINATED) 0.10 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Olive oil .15 cup *FAGE Total 2% Greek Yogurt
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix chickpea flour and bisquick with egg and bean liquid (aquafaba) to create a batter. Dip florets into batter, place on oiled cookie sheet, bake for 10 minutes, turn over and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with greek yogurt dip (add hot sauce, dill, whatever spice you like). Sprinkle with chopped green onion, and sesame seeds.
