Ingredients
4 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 3 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted) (by VINNY8211) 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 8 tsp Erythritol (by GHGHNOW) 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 serving liquid stevia (5 drops) (by LIVINGBYGRACE) 1 dash Salt 1 tsp maple extract (by CHRYSTEL) 12 tbsp lets do it coconut shredded for baking 3 serving Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (1/2 cup=8 tbsp=1 serving) (by MARGOTJI) 2 tbsp Sunfood Nutrition Organic Cacao Butter (by WJHUNTER) .75 serving Navitas Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g)
Directions
heat butter in pan low heat till brown
Add the cream , sugar and maple
set aside let cool
add all other ingredients except the cacao butter and cacao power to a bowl mix well adding the sauces at the end .
make a dough .
make tablespoon balls
put on split and sprinkle with coconut shredded
bake for 50 mins until golden

when cooled melt cacao butter and cocopowder make a thin and drizzle in small lines over the cookie , let dry and store
