Gluten Free Sandwich Bread

Ingredients
3 tsp Bread Machine Yeast (by ANGELKITTEN1972) 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2.25 cup Bob's Red Mill - Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour (by CPFLOREK) 1 tsp Salt 0.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil .3 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Directions
Mix together yeast, sugar, and warm water (105°). Set aside.
In lg. bowl, combine flour, salt, and oats. In smaller bowl, whisk eggs, oil and vinegar. Add yeast mixture and egg mixture to dry mixture. Mix well with a mixer for 4 minutes, scraping bowl often.
Remove mixer paddle from bread machine pan. Pour batter into pan. Set machine to quick bread setting.

Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf, approx 11 slices
