Ingredients
1 Cardamom Pod, lightly crushed2 packed tsp Brown Sugar (or add to taste)0.5 Star anise1 cup cooked Basmati Rice3 whole cloves125mL (0.5 cup) Coconut MilkCinnamon to tasteI also added some slivered almonds to boost the protein.
Directions
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer gently until most of the liquid is absorbed, and the consistency is to your liking.
