Cream Sauce for Pasta

Ingredients
4.0 tsp BECEL - Original Margarine0.5 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified1.5 cup Campbell's Chicken Broth2.0 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g)3.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Make roux: melt margerine. Add flour, and cook for a minute in microwave. Whisk in chicken broth. Cook 6 minutes in microwave, whisking every 2 minutes. It will thicken, but not be thick. Stir in Cream cheese until melted. Stir in parmesan. Taste, and add a couple of grindings of black pepper.
