Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon1.0 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen4.0 clove Garlic0.5 cup Cooked Onion56.0 gram(s) roasted zuchinni (1/2 tbsp evoo and 2 cups zuchinni)1.0 serving avacado 1 medium0.33 oz Feta Cheese
Directions
4 cups water, bouillon, broccoli bring to a boil then simmer. Saute onion,garlic and zucchini till tender, add to broccoli. Carefully blend till smooth with avacado. I added a little lemon juice and cayenne pepper salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with one T. Feta cheese. Serving Size: 1-cup
