6 cup Spinach, fresh 1 small Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 30 gram(s) (1/2 cup) Bread Crumbs, Panko1.6 oz Trader Joe's Gouda Cheese, Goat's Milk.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Morton Lite Salt w/40% iodine1 tsp red pepper flakes½ tsp garlic powder
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Shape into patties and cook over medium high heat in a non stick skillet (can spray a tint bit of cooking spray).
3. Cook until the patties are firm and golden (4-6 minutes).
