5 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .75 tsp Paprika 0.75 tsp Cumin seed 1.5 tsp Curry powder .75 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .25 tsp Allspice .25 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) 1 pinch Cardamom, ground .25 tsp Coriander leaf, dried 1 pinch Ginger, ground 1 pinch Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Pre heat the over to 430F
mix your spices together,( make more than you need and store in an airtight container .
baking dish to fit all pieces
rub chicken with oil
rub spice on both sides of chicken , lay it on nice !
Bake for 40 - 50 mins
let cool before serving
