Ingredients
1.0 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese1.0 tbsp Milk, 3.25%2.0 large Scrambled Egg1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt2.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh0.25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)0.25 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.25 cup Cooked Onion
Directions
Cut vegetables, through in pan with oil and salt and cook to desired texture. Whip eggs and milk in bowl with fork or whisk, pour over vegetables and scramble. Shred cheese and sprinkle over top to melt. Serving Size: One Dish
