1 cup Bob's Red Mill 13-Bean Soup Mix (dry) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 large Onions, raw 2 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1.5 tsp Cumin seed 2 tsp Curry powder
Dice the veggies, then dump everything in crockpot. Give a stir, then cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours. Salt and pepper to taste. I sometimes add hot sauce or red pepper flakes to spice things up a bit, and you can use virtually any spices you like.
