Ingredients
1.0 tsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tbsp Salt1.0 cup, dry, yields Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, cooked with water1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini2.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)3.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil5.0 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)3.0 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp
Directions
Rinse and drain chickpeas, place in a bowl and mash with fork. Add rest of ingredients in bowl. Mash and mix well. Form into 6-8 patties. Patties may be grilled, fried or cooked in oven. Original recipe from runningonrealfood.com Serving Size: Makes 6-8 patties
