Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 9 ounces cut into 1 " piecesFat free plain yogurt, 1 cup Garlic, 3 cloves mincedGround Coriander, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Salt, a dashTurmeric, ground, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tspCumin ground, .5 tspPepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
Directions
Mix yogurt, garlic, coriander, ginger, salt, turmeric, cinnamon, cumin and red pepper in resealable ziplock back. Add chicken and marinate 6-24 hours.

Preheat oven to 400. Cover baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with PAM; bake chicken for approx. 20 or until done.

Serve over rice with cucumber raita.

    This was great---servings were just the right size, and the flavor was wonderful. We served it with the Raita recipe on SP (also wonderful!), and basmati rice. And what a great idea to line a pan with foil before baking--easy clean up! Thanks for sharing the recipe! - 1/25/10

    Very good for a lower fat version of Indian food. As I almost tripled the recipe so I can have leftovers, it took about 40 mins to bake
    ( covered ). I also sprinkled some fresh chopped coriander on top for extra kick. Served it with tomato, onion and cucumber raita and basmati. - 1/15/12
