Flax Seed Bread, Low Carb (ABM)

Ingredients

3/4 cup warm water1 packet INSTANT Yeast (Must use the Quick Rise/Instant kind)2 Tbsp Butter, melted 3 Tbsp Splenda or Equal 2 large Eggs, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 tsp Salt1 cup + 2 Tbsp Vital wheat gluten 1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 4 tbsp Soy Flour 4 tbsp Coconut flour
For Bread Machine:
Place ingredients in bread pan using the instructions for your machine (usually liquids first followed by dry ingredients. For settings choose "Normal" for a complete cycle. Then choose large or 1.5 lb loaf setting And then choose medium or light crust (I prefer medium). After the bread completes the last knead cycle remove the paddle so the bread doesn't have any holes baked in to it.
To Bake in Oven:
Make on dough setting in Bread machine. Remove dough from machine and place in a greased/oiled bread pan. Let rise in a warm place. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes.
Serving per loaf: 10 slices
