Carrot- and Swedish Turnip salad

Ingredients
2 carrots, grated1,5 dl (or 0.7 Cup) Swedish Turnip, grated1 tbsp onion or leek, finely chopped1 tbsp lemon or orange juice1 tsp sugar
Directions
Wash the vegetables, grate the carrots and the Swedish turnip and chop the onion/leek.

Place the carrots, swedish turnip and onion/leek in a bowl.

Mix the lemon/orange juice and the sugar, and pour this over the vegetables and mix.
