2 serving 100% Whole Wheat Bread Safeway (1 slice) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Egg white, large 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 7 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 2 tsp Becel light margerine
Directions
Toast bread, mix egg and cook in microwave for 1.5 min, butter bread, crush avocado over bread, crush egg over bread, sprinkle with cheese, slice tomatoes on top. Leave open face
