Nuts seeds and fruit bread

Ingredients
1 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 192 gram(s) Kirkland Extra Fancy Unsalted Mixed Nuts (1 oz/28 gr) 52 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 12 oz Raisins, Sun-Maid Natural California 1.5 oz box
Directions
Mix 2 cups chopped nuts, and 1 cup each seeds and DRIED fruits.
In separate bowl whisk eggs and mash banana. Stir in flour and oatmeal.
Combine bowls
Line loaf pan with parchment and spray
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes one standard loaf pan
