Gluten free layered veggie chicken casserole

Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breast, in 1 inch slices2 large zucchini sliced6 serving Clove of Garlic chopped6 tsp Basil, fresh torn2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1.0 cup Cheese, Italian Five Cheese, shredded )
Directions
Coat casserole with cooking spray
Layer zucchini in bottom.
Top with chicken
Drizzle olive oil over chicken.
Top with basil and garlic
Pour tomatoes over top.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve with pasta or garlic bread.
