Ingredients
2 serving Great Value Chick Peas Canned 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 fl oz Water, tap 1 oz Florida's Natural, orange juice, original premium, not from concentrate, no pulp, pasteurized 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .15 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .3 tbsp Amino Acid Complex (liquid), 3 T. Directions
Chop your onion and celery, add garlic clove if you like, throw everything in a food processor and blend. Enjoy! :-)
