Ingredients
0.5 tsp Ginger, ground75.0 Grams Coconut Oil3.0 tsp Sugar - C&H Pure Cane Granulated White Sugar5.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)75.0 gram Coconut Manna (1 tbsp = 14 grams)
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients in a pouring jug until the sweetener is dissolved. (I put mine in the microwave for 20 seconds before I added the ground ginger). 2. Pour into silicon moulds or ice block trays and refrigerate for minimum 10 minutes. Serving Size: Made 21 1. 5 inch squares
