Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 2 cupYogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Almonds, 10 almond Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 4 tbspWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Add
- cinnamon,
- Almonds,
- sugar
- Milk
- Curd all together into the mixer.After that mix
well.

If you do not want it served thick put water accordingly.
Serve the chilled Almond milk shake.

    I will try this with a few changes. I will skip the almonds and use my almond milk. I will use instead ice cubes instead of the cup of water. I will skip the sugar and use apple sauce or banana's. Can't wait!! :o) - 5/21/09
