2 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 1 serving Yogurt 1 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand 4 serving Quest Protein Powder Vanilla 28 gms / 1 oz 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 0.15 cup Walden Farm's Pancake Syrup 1 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites
Directions
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Let cool before cutting/serving
