Garlic & Ginger Baked Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breast (no skin)4 garlic cloves mincedginger root about 1 inch chopped finely Basil 2 tbspsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
wash chicken and place in a non stick baking dish.
finely chop garlic and ginger root , sprinkle over top of chicken as well as the basil and Black pepper. May add other Herbs to taste. As well as Salt if you like. Bake for 45 min, To keep the meat moist cover with aluminum Foil
