3.0 large Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt757.0 Grams Apples, fresh with skin1270.0 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean chicken2.0 small Onions, raw6.75 fl oz Apple juice, unsweetenedFresh herbs (rosemary, sage and thyme)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low until thick and you can shred the chicken, 8- 10 hours or until done.
