Jenn's Mediterranean Tuna and Garbanzo Salad

4 tbsp White Wine Vinegar 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Oregano, dried .5 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped1 tsp Prepared Dijon Mustard 1 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled if desired) and chopped 1 serving 1 Med. Red or Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped1 cup medium red onion, chopped 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 4 tbsp Olive Tapenade/Olive Spread4 oz Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained2 serving Bumble Bee Chunk White Albacore Tuna, drained (in water)
Whisk vinegar, olive oil, mustard and oregano in a large bowl. Add parsley and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and gently stir.
Serve over salad greens, top with feta or parmesan (not included in calorie count)
