Egg White Muffins

Ingredients
Coconut oil spray6 oz Mushrooms, fresh 6 oz Onions, raw 6 oz Zucchini 3 clove Garlic 1.5 cup Egg whites2 Tbsp Shredded Asiago Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray large muffin tin with coconut oil spray
Saute veggies with salt and pepper and coconut oil spray
Portion veggies into muffin tin
Sprinkle cheese on veggies
Pour 1/4 cup egg whites into each muffin
Bake for 20 minutes
