Ingredients
12.0 tbsp Curry powder24.0 oz Baked Chicken Thigh (bone in w/out skin)0.5 large Onions, raw1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup Corn Starch
Directions
Combine chicken thighs skin removed with mushrooms and sliced onion Enterprise with curry spice and bring to a boil cook for about 2 hours and then remove chicken thighs and debone. Add cornstarch and simmer for another half hour. Allowed to thicken for 15 minutes to a half an hour and then ready to serve over basmati rice or quinoa
