    -4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    -1 3/4 cup coconut milk
    -8 Tbsp curry paste
    -1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt


Preheat oven to 375.

Pour coconut milk into a mixing bowl. Mix in curry paste and yogurt. Arrange 4 chicken breasts in an oven safe dish. Pour mix over chicken breast.

Bake for 35 minutes.
