2 pounds ground beef 1 can jelled cranberry sauce29 oz. can Tomato puree1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 1 tsp ground mustard1 tsp Chili powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 large Egg1/4 cup Potato Starch2 tsp. Pereg brand Meatball seasoning
Combine beef, potato Starch, Pereg seasoning, and egg in large mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a large pot, combine Cranberry sauce, Tomato Puree, broen sugar, mustard, chili powder, and salt. Heat over medium flame. When sauce mixture begins to boil reduce flame to the lowest setting.
Begin shaping the beef mixture into balls and drop them in the sauce mixture as it continues to boil over the flame. When finished dropping in the meatballs cover the pot and continue cooking for 25 minutes.
