Strawberry Delight

Ingredients
1 slice angelfood cake (1/12 of 10" cake)1 cup sliced strawberries1/2 cup lowfat vanilla ice cream
Directions
Optional early preparation: Slice a 10" angelfood cake into 12 equal portions and wrap individually.

Wash and cap quart of strawberries, slice vertically and gently mash in bowl. Refrigerate.

Measure 1/2 cup servings of ice cream, arrange on baking sheet covered with waxed paper and freeze until hard.

Serve in small decorative bowls by placing angelfood cake on bottom of bowl, spoon half a cup of prepared strawberries and juice over cake, top with one half cup lowfat ice cream and top with remaining one half cup strawberries. Relax and enjoy!

Each dessert prepared as described is one serving.
