6 serving Potato Organic Yukon Gold 1 serving = 1 potato = 148 g = 5.3 oz) (by JEANKNEE) 3 large Hard Boiled Egg .33 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 3 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Paprika 3 tbsp Zucchini Relish (Willie's) (by ANNABELLA332)
Cut up potato's into bite size pieces and boil with eggs for 7 minutes.
Drain and cool
Peel eggs and dice up
Add all ingredients to the potato's and mix well
Serve warm or chilled.
