Ingredients
10.0 serving Chicken of the Sea Chub Mackerel (5 servings per can)1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes165.0 Grams Black Olives0.5 cup Olive Oil6.0 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)1.0 lemon yields Lemon Juice
Directions
In a deep bowl, mix the mackerel, olives, onion, eggs and parsley with a rubber spatula or spoon. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and pepper; mix well. Serve on a crusty baguette or over mixed greens.
