Potato Soup

Ingredients
80 oz Potato (Publix Baking Potatoes) Medium Potato 6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 large Onions, raw 1 tsp Pepper, black 7 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 2 cup Milk, 1% 13 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Peel, cube and boil potato for about 2 hours or until soft
Peel, cube the Onion and Celery, adding celery after hour and then the onion after another 30 minutes
Add the heavy cream and milk 5 minutes before end
Salt and Pepper to taste
