French Bread

Ingredients
7 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched 1 cup Wheat bran, crude 3 tbsp Canola Oil 1 ounce Yeast, bakers 3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Salt
Directions
Mix yeast with water at 113 F degrees. Mix all ingredients and add flour slowly. Kneed for 10 min, and set to rise. Allow to rise 2 times, punching down dough each time. Punch down dough the final time all shape into loaves. Place loaves on greased large baking pans to rise. Pre heat oven to 350 F degrees. When loaves have almost risen to 2 times their size, put them in the oven to bake. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the loaves are golden brown. I rotate their shelf postions every 10 min because I only have 2 shelves.

Serving Size: Makes 2 very large loaves cut into 15 slices a loaf
