Nancy's Chicken Dumpling Soup

Ingredients
2 or 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces1 box / about 4 cups of chicken broth..I sometimes make mine with soup base2 tbs chicken flavoring [oxo cubes, etc..]about 4 carrots, chopped1 tsp onion powder or small onion3 celery ribs diced1 pkg noodles [roman - whatever is on hand]1 tbsp parsley flakes or fresh chopped1/2 tsp garlic powderblack pepper table salt3 egg whites or whole-just adjust calories1% cottage cheese1 cup flour

Very good. Be prepared to make more dumplings each time you warm up the leftovers.. I usually make this with whatever I have on hand, you needn't be too picky on the brands..
