Ingredients
1 can Black Beans1 Can diced tomatoes1 Cup chopped celery1 Can Chicken stock1 Cup chicken stock1/2 Cup frozen corn1/2 Cup chopped green pepper1 tsp salt and pepper2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
Directions
Saute celery and green pepper in small amount of stock until tender. Add the rest of the ingedients, cook until heated through. Makes 4 generous servings.
