Ingredients
16.0 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles4.5 serving(s) gardein beefless ground (1 pack)1.0 cup Tomato Sauce (2 cans)1.0 cup Mushrooms, canned1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)2.0 cup tofutti better than ricotta25.0 jumbo Black Olives( 1 can)16.0 serving(s) follow your heart mozzarella(2 packs)2.0 tbsp Italian season1.5 tbsp Garlic powder
Directions
Sautee onions then add gardein ground while boiling noodles. When ready layer noodles in 9×13 dish. Then top with ricotta, cheese, meat mix and even amount of onions, olives and diced tomatoes, sprinkle spices on top. Make sure there are enough to make 3 layers evenly distributed. Bake at 375 covered with foil until cheese melts. Cut into 12 squares once cool and serve. Enjoy
